About This Product
Barhi dates from Egypt are prized for their golden colour, crisp texture when fresh, and honey-like sweetness as they ripen. We source directly from date palm groves in the Siwa Oasis and New Valley regions. The dates are carefully harvested at the khalal (yellow) stage, cleaned, sorted by size and colour, then packed in ventilated clamshells to maintain freshness during transit.
